Nathalie Gaveau Resigns from Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Board

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) has announced that Nathalie Gaveau will resign as an independent non-executive director, effective Monday. Gaveau has served on the board since January 2019 and was a member of the Affiliated Transaction Committee and the Environmental, Social and Governance Committee until 2025.

The company's Nomination Committee is reviewing the board composition and will appoint a new independent non-executive director as required by CCEP's Articles of Association and the Shareholders' Agreement. Mary Harris, Senior Independent Director, will take on an interim role in the Affiliated Transaction Committee.
