NatWest Appoints Roisin Donnelly as New Performance Committee Chair

NatWest Group has announced that Roisin Donnelly will succeed Lena Wilson as chair of the group performance and remuneration committee from October 1, 2026. Wilson is a senior independent director at NatWest Group and previously held positions such as chief executive at Scottish Enterprise and chair of FirstGroup. Donnelly currently serves as a non-executive director for software accountancy giant Sage and Premier Foods, with previous experience as a senior executive at Procter & Gamble.

NatWest Group chair Rick Haythornthwaite expressed his gratitude to Wilson for her leadership during her time as Chair of the Group Performance and Remuneration Committee. He also welcomed Donnelly's appointment, citing her extensive Board and remuneration experience.
