At the Goldman Sachs Communacopia + Technology Conference 2026, Navan outlined its sharper push into AI-driven travel, meetings and expense management. The company's management pointed to strong growth but also to the challenge of turning new products and acquisitions into lasting revenue.

Navan raised its fiscal 2027 revenue growth guidance to 32% year over year from 31% previously. It reported that new signed GBV reached $4 billion in the trailing 12 months, up 60% year over year. The company's proprietary AI models now handle 50% of all Ava interactions, which has improved customer satisfaction and reduced interaction time.

Navan announced its BoomPop acquisition to expand into meetings and events, a market that represents about 30% of the top of travel. The company framed AI as a competitive advantage, not a way to expand the market, and said legacy rivals face difficult execution hurdles.
