Pattern Group Aims for Global Expansion Beyond Amazon Roots
At the Goldman Sachs Communacopia + Technology Conference 2026, Pattern Group (no ticker mentioned) presented itself as a rapidly growing e-commerce infrastructure company with expanding reach and a stronger technology push. Chief Executive David Wright said the company is investing aggressively despite strong growth, but also pointed to inflation, international expansion, and the challenges of scaling across multiple marketplaces.
The company reported four straight quarters of 40% revenue growth and about 50% EBITDA growth, with its annual revenue run rate at approximately $3.5 billion. Net revenue retention reached 129%, indicating that existing brands are expanding their use of Pattern's platform. The company ended the last quarter with $346 million in cash, no debt, and a $150 million revolving credit facility.
Pattern emphasized its technology-driven approach, combining logistics and software to provide a thin operating layer for brands managing traffic, conversion, pricing, and fulfillment across digital commerce channels. Wright said the goal is to help brands get products in front of consumers, turn interest into sales, and maintain delivery proximity.
