NBA and Disney Bring Animated Dunk the Halls to Christmas Day 2025
The NBA, ESPN, and Disney are teaming up again for the second annual "Dunk the Halls" on Christmas Day 2025. This special event will feature the New York Knicks hosting the Cleveland Cavaliers in an animated presentation set at Walt Disney World. Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck, Daisy Duck, Goofy, Pluto, Chip and Dale, and newcomer Stitch will all make appearances, cheering from the sidelines and adding holiday magic to the game.
The game will air live on December 25, 2025, at noon ET and can be watched on ESPN2, Disney+, Disney Channel, Disney XD, the ESPN App, and the NBA streaming hub. The rest of the NBA's Christmas Day games will be available on ABC, ESPN, the ESPN App, and the NBA hub.
The storyline for this year's event begins with Mickey's Christmas wish to Santa Claus to bring the NBA back to Magic Kingdom. Stitch's unexpected arrival shakes up the holiday celebration.
