Needham has reaffirmed its Buy rating on Veeva Systems stock ahead of its Q2 earnings report. The firm cited strong first-quarter fiscal 2027 results and a raised full-year fiscal 2027 outlook as reasons for the positive stance. In particular, Needham highlighted the introduction of Veeva Falcon, a new agentic platform that marks an expansion of artificial intelligence capabilities within Veeva's product suite.
The analysts expect commercial performance to be the focus in Q2, driven by strong demand from Crossix and continued CRM wins and go-lives. Notably, Veeva announced a Vault CRM win with Eli Lilly during the previous quarter. The final three CRM decisions are seen as important near-term catalysts for the company.
