Netlist Targets Micron and Tech Giants with Patent Infringement Complaint

Netlist, a US-based technology company, has filed a patent complaint against Micron Technology and several major tech companies. According to the complaint, filed with the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC), Netlist accuses Micron's HBM3E, HBM4, and HBM4E memory chips of infringing on two of its patents.

The complaint also names Google, Nvidia, and Broadcom as defendants, stating that their products incorporate Micron memory that uses the patented technology. Netlist is seeking to block imports of Micron's memory chips as well as products from the three tech companies that contain the chips.
