NextLabs Unveils Zero Trust Solutions for Salesforce and Snowflake
NextLabs has announced the release of its Enforcer solutions for Salesforce and Snowflake, extending Zero Trust data security to two widely used enterprise cloud platforms. The company's goal is to protect sensitive data with dynamic data masking, logical data segregation, and policy-based access control.
The NextLabs Enforcer for Salesforce extends the platform with real-time attribute-based access control (ABAC) and centralized policy management. This allows organizations to dynamically determine which Salesforce records users can access and which sensitive fields should be masked.
NextLabs Enforcer for Snowflake provides fine-grained data access control, dynamic data filtering, dynamic data masking, and policy-driven information governance for the platform. The solution places a Policy Enforcement Point between Snowflake clients and the Snowflake service, evaluating access requests using user, resource, SQL, and business context.
The company's CEO, Keng Lim, stated that traditional authorization models can make it difficult to enforce consistent, fine-grained policies as business conditions change. He added that NextLabs Enforcer for Salesforce and Snowflake extend the company's Zero Trust data-centric security approach across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
