NFL Fan Festival Takes Over Trafalgar Square This Week
Trafalgar Square is set to become the heart of NFL excitement this week with a massive free fan festival. The event, titled NFL Experience London, presented by American Express, will take place on October 9 and October 10, celebrating the upcoming 2026 NFL London Games. The festival will feature a mini NFL Flag Field, the iconic Vince Lombardi Trophy, 60 Super Bowl rings, and appearances by former players, cheerleaders, and mascots.
The festival promises a packed schedule of activities, including live music, DJ performances, and interactive experiences. Visitors can participate in NFL-themed warm-up drills, create memorabilia, and explore a five-meter NFL ball art installation. American Express cardholders will enjoy priority entrance lanes and additional perks. The event is free to attend, but registration via the NFL OnePass app is required for entry.
Among the highlights, fans can test their skills at the Play Big in California Kicking Challenge, dive into a foam pit for a touchdown photo opportunity, and compete at the Madden NFL 27 Gaming Booth. The NFL History Lockers will offer a walkthrough of the NFL London Games' history since 2007, and all 32 NFL team helmets will be on display.
The event is supported by the Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, who emphasized London's status as the sporting capital of the world. He expressed delight in partnering with the NFL for this spectacular free festival, celebrating the best of the NFL in one of the world's most iconic locations.
