Nike Kobe 10 Protro Upgrades Bryant's Classic Signature Shoe Line
Nike has announced the latest upgrade to its Kobe Bryant signature shoe line, the Kobe 10 Protro. This refreshed version of the 2015 model incorporates over a decade's worth of advancements in tech and engineering capabilities.
The major changes include the replacement of Lunarlon foam and heel Air Zoom cushioning with Nike's proprietary Cushlon 3.0 foam and a full-length Zoom Strobel, allowing for improved responsiveness and energy return.
Nike Sports Research Lab provided movement data to reengineer the outsole without compromising the original traction capabilities. The carbon fiber forefoot wing remains intact.
The upper has been refreshed with redesigned engineered mesh, offering better breathability and flexibility. The forefoot has been widened for a less restrictive feel, while new reinforcements add support in key areas.
