NIPER Mohali's MBA (Pharm) 25th batch got an inspirational start to their term on August 3rd with a live webinar hosted by Dr. Anil Kumar Angrish, In-charge of the Department of Pharmaceutical Management.

The talk was delivered by Mr. Nishant Saxena, Global CEO of Erba Transasia and IIM Lucknow alumnus who has held senior roles at Procter & Gamble and Cipla over a career spanning more than two decades.

In his address to M.B.A. (Pharm.) and Ph.D. students, Mr. Saxena emphasized that it's not strategy or technical skills that get you to the top, but rather basic human behavior.
