NITDA and Cisco Launch Cybersecurity Competition for Nigerian Professionals

The National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA) has launched the Capture The Flag (CTF) Competition 2026, in partnership with Cisco. This competition aims to enhance participants' cybersecurity skills by tackling real-world challenges.

Participants will have access to Cisco Networking Academy resources and can earn Cisco certificates and badges upon completion of three specified courses: Network Defense, Endpoint Security, and Cyber Threat Management.

To qualify for the live CTF challenge, participants must complete the required courses with a minimum score of 80% on their first attempt. The competition also offers recognition and rewards, including recognition at the Director-General's International Cisco Safari Dinner.
