Nokia and Microsoft Unite to Revolutionize Network Automation
Nokia and Microsoft have collaborated to accelerate network automation by integrating Nokia's Data Suite with Microsoft Fabric. This move enables telecom providers to access trusted, unified data more quickly, allowing them to scale autonomous, AI-driven operations.
The initial use cases focus on RAN optimization through autonomous VoNR assurance and geo-experience, which correlates subscriber, network, and RF data. The collaboration aims to create intelligent, agent-based solutions across the network stack.
Nokia's Senior Vice President, Autonomous Networks, Vivek Jaiswal, stated that this partnership brings the right data at the right time for the right reason to telecom operators worldwide. He added that networks are evolving from static infrastructures into programmable, AI-native platforms.
