Norfolk Launches Cabin Crew Training Course on Genuine Boeing 737 Aircraft
A new cabin crew training course is being launched in Norfolk, offering aspiring aviation professionals the chance to develop practical skills and gain industry insight.
The programme, designed by Klyne Training in partnership with Saxon Air, provides learners with hands-on experience on a genuine Boeing 737 training aircraft at International Aviation Academy Norwich.
'For us, it's not just about teaching people what cabin crew do,' said Richard Bambridge, outreach and skills business leader at Saxon Air. 'It's about helping them build the confidence, attitudes and behaviours that employers are looking for.'
The course covers interview preparation, group exercises, customer service scenarios, professional presentation, and airline expectations, with a strong focus on building confidence and career readiness.
The programme is open to those aged 16 and over and has been designed for a wide range of learners, from school and college leavers to adults looking for a complete career change.
Jet Set Go!, a dedicated programme designed to prepare candidates for airline recruitment and assessment, will also be launched by Klyne Training.
