Northampton's Former Coca-Cola Site Set for Major Industrial Development

A major industrial development is planned for the former Coca-Cola site in Northampton. The proposal involves demolishing existing buildings and constructing up to 118,500 square meters of floorspace for storage and distribution purposes.

The application, submitted by Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Great Britain Limited, would also allow for general industrial use alongside associated infrastructure.

According to the plans, all matters are reserved at this stage, and the proposal is considered a major application due to its scale. An Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) has been included with the submission.
