Nvidia Alerts Customers to Over 15% Price Hikes for AI Server Chips
Nvidia's biggest customers have been informed that prices for servers containing AI chips will increase by more than 15% in many cases, according to a report from Bloomberg News. The price hikes are due to soaring memory chip costs. Servers containing the Vera Rubin and Grace Hopper chips will be among those affected.
The notification was reportedly sent out to Nvidia's largest clients, but it is unclear if these customers will absorb the cost increases or pass them on to consumers.
