Nvidia and Broadcom Ready to Take Over AI Market
The fourth quarter of 2026 is approaching, and investors are looking for stocks to buy. Two of the top performers this year have been Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) and Intel (INTC), but their runs may be over.
Nvidia (NVDA) and Broadcom (AVGO) are competing with AMD in AI processing power and are growing faster, despite being larger. AMD's data center revenue grew 107% in Q2 to $6.7 billion, while Nvidia's grew at a 117% pace to $89 billion, and Broadcom's AI semiconductor revenue was $16.7 billion, growing at 221%.
The reason AMD shares have outperformed Nvidia and Broadcom is that its earnings valuation has exploded, making it harder for the stock price to grow in the future. Investors should focus on Nvidia and Broadcom instead in October.
