NVIDIA and Salesforce Unveil AI-Powered CRM Model Koa
Salesforce and NVIDIA have unveiled Koa, a CRM reasoning model built on Nemotron. According to Salesforce, Koa was developed by post-training NVIDIA's Nemotron 3 Super with a proprietary synthetic dataset modeled on enterprise knowledge from nearly three decades of CRM deployments.
The company stated that no customer data was used to train the Koa reasoning model and controls the model weights, performing post-training and inference entirely within its own trust boundary. This means that customer data does not cross the trust boundary during inference.
Koa has already shown impressive results in Salesforce's CRM benchmark, matching or exceeding leading model performance on CRM actions with three times fewer errors. Tasks such as updating an opportunity, routing a case, or scheduling a follow-up are among those where Koa excels.
The partnership between Salesforce and NVIDIA also extends to Missionforce for government and regulated organizations, bringing Nemotron-based models and accelerated computing into the platform. This will provide control over model, data, and deployment environment to private clouds and air-gapped networks.
