Nvidia-Backed Nscale Files for $3 Billion NYSE IPO Amid Rapid Growth
Nscale, a London-headquartered cloud platform backed by Nvidia, has filed for an initial public offering (IPO) on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol NSCL.
The company reported rapid revenue growth to $140.6 million in the first six months of 2026, up from $10.4 million a year earlier, but saw net losses expand to $1.02 billion.
Nscale maintains close partnerships with Nvidia, Microsoft, and Anthropic, and holds about $103 billion in total contract value, including a major commitment with Anthropic valued at $45 billion.
