Rosman joins Nscale from Fiserv, where he was the chief legal and administrative officer. This move comes as the company pursues a New York listing reportedly valuing it at as much as $35 billion.
Rosman's new role will involve overseeing Nscale's legal, regulatory, and governance functions as the company works to deliver more than $100 billion in contracted business.
