By wearing the same attire every day, he avoids unnecessary decisions and can focus on more pressing matters. This philosophy allows him to allocate mental energy towards important tasks without expending resources on trivial ones.
The practice has become closely associated with Huang's public image. He frequently wears his signature leather jacket at tech conferences and industry events. In fact, a signed leather jacket he wore in Taiwan was auctioned off for $960,000 by Sotheby's in July, exceeding its estimated resale value of $40,000 to $60,000.
