Nvidia Crushes Earnings Expectations With Triple-Digit Growth
Nvidia's revenue growth is still accelerating, despite its massive size. In the second quarter of fiscal 2027, the company reported a 106% increase in revenue to $96.2 billion, with a gross margin of 75%. The data center segment accounted for $89 billion of that total.
CEO Jensen Huang believes Nvidia will double its chip sales next year, and the company's Vera Rubin architecture is driving growth. This new product line uses NVLink chip-to-chip interconnects to improve efficiency and has expanded Nvidia's addressable market by a third.
Nvidia's massive growth potential has drawn attention from Wall Street experts, who are extremely bullish on the stock. Analysts at Rosenblatt have a 'Buy' recommendation with a $390 price target, while Bernstein's analysts have an 'Outperform' rating with a $400 price target.
