Nvidia's second-quarter earnings report exceeded expectations, with revenue reaching $96.2 billion, up 106% from the same period last year.

The company also forecasted a 70% increase in revenue for fiscal year 2028, surpassing consensus estimates and alleviating concerns about AI buildout costs.

Nvidia's flagship data center division drove most of the growth, contributing $89 billion to the total revenue.

In addition, the company announced a major extension of its strategic partnership with Amazon Web Services (AWS), committing to deploy two million additional next-generation GPUs across AWS's global infrastructure between 2027 and 2028.
