Nvidia Driver Update Crashes mVolt+ Overclocking Utility

Nvidia's latest driver update has inadvertently broken mVolt+, an open-source utility that allowed users to overclock their RTX 50-series GPUs without hardware modifications.

The new driver, version 615.56, blocks the core power limit settings introduced in mVolt+ v0.36, causing the app to crash or be disabled when attempting to adjust power limits.

Users have reported that they are still able to accept power limit modifications through other extreme overclocking utilities, such as Hydra 2.3B Pro, suggesting that mVolt+ was not intentionally blocked by Nvidia.

This development may disappoint enthusiasts who relied on mVolt+ to push their GPUs beyond standard limits, but it is unclear whether this is a compatibility issue or an intentional move from Nvidia.
