Nvidia Drops Big Bucks on Data Centre Maker Lancium

Nvidia is making a significant investment in data center maker Lancium. The company will reportedly invest up to $3 billion in Lancium, which has developed the Stargate data centre in Texas. Nvidia's initial investment of $2 billion will give it a 20% stake in Lancium, valued at around $10 billion.

The investment is part of a venture between OpenAI and Oracle, known as Stargate. Nvidia may invest an additional $1 billion if Lancium meets certain thresholds.
