Yohanna Makes Brighton Debut in Pre-Season Win Over AS Roma
Nigerian teenager Zadok Yohanna has made his debut for Brighton and Hove Albion in their pre-season friendly against AS Roma. The 19-year-old winger entered the game from the bench as Fabian Hürzeler's side secured a comfortable 3-0 win at the American Express Stadium.
Yohanna joined the Premier League club on undisclosed terms after signing a five-year contract until June 2031. He had made 18 appearances for AIK before his move, scoring five goals and providing four assists.
The young Nigerian's rapid rise began at the Ikon Allah Football Academy in Nigeria before he moved to Sweden in 2025 and progressed into AIK's senior setup. His debut gives him another platform to continue his development as he settles into life at the Premier League club.
