Nvidia Earnings Fuel Expectations for AI Winners Beyond Chipmaker
Nvidia's strong earnings have reinforced the growing demand for artificial intelligence infrastructure, according to Dan Ives, senior managing director and partner at Yorkville Ives.
Ives estimated that demand has accelerated by roughly 20% over the past three months, with investors looking beyond Nvidia for the next beneficiaries of the AI boom.
He highlighted Microsoft (MSFT), Amazon (AMZN), and Alphabet (GOOGL) as potential leaders in this trend, saying they represent the 'second, third, fourth derivative' of the AI ecosystem.
Ives also pointed to Palantir Technologies (PLTR) and cybersecurity companies like CrowdStrike Holdings (CRWD) as benefiting from broader enterprise adoption of AI.
