Nvidia is providing up to $105 billion in financing for OpenAI's massive Ohio data center, which will be one of the largest in the world. The site will provide about eight gigawatts of computing capacity and support products like ChatGPT.

The data center project is expected to create 35,000 construction jobs during its six-year buildout through 2032 and 2,500 long-term operating jobs.

Nvidia will serve as the exclusive computer chip provider for the facility, located in Ohio's Pike County. The first 800 megawatts of 'compute' is expected to be available for use by 2028.
