Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Continues Share Buyback Program

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners has continued its share buyback program, purchasing 217,456 of its ordinary shares between August 10 and August 14. The company bought these shares on US trading venues through Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC or their affiliates, with prices ranging from $104.60 to $108.16 per share.

The repurchased shares will be cancelled as part of the company's efforts to return value to its shareholders. This move is in line with Coca-Cola Europacific Partners' share buyback program announced on February 17, which aims to repurchase up to €1 billion of ordinary shares in aggregate.
