Nvidia Overtakes SpaceX in AI Investment

Nvidia and SpaceX are two of the fastest-growing companies in the AI space, but which one is the better investment?

SpaceX has been investing heavily in its AI division, with a $15.8 billion capital expenditure in Q2, resulting in a revenue increase of 213% to $2.56 billion.

Nvidia, on the other hand, is a leader in AI computing, with nearly every company involved in AI deploying their graphics processing units (GPUs).

SpaceX has announced that it will exclusively use Nvidia's Vera Rubin architecture going forward, with Elon Musk stating 'we think it's the best AI computer'.

Nvidia has delivered impressive revenue growth in recent quarters, with a 106% year-over-year increase in Q2, compared to SpaceX's 92%.

However, despite its smaller size, Nvidia is still more profitable than SpaceX, with a 62% profit margin in Q2, compared to SpaceX's unprofitable status.
