Nvidia is poised for a multi-quarter upgrade cycle as shipments of its next-generation Vera Rubin chips begin, positioning the artificial intelligence giant to comfortably beat its second-quarter targets.

BofA Global Research expects Nvidia to report fiscal second-quarter revenue of $94 billion to $95 billion, exceeding its guided $91 billion, and project third-quarter sales of $107 billion to $108 billion, well above consensus expectations of roughly $104 billion.

The Wall Street brokerage maintained its 'Buy' rating and $350 price objective on Nvidia, calling it its top sector pick. Analysts highlighted the stock's compelling valuation, trading at 16 times projected 2027 earnings per share - its lowest forward price-to-earnings multiple in ten years.
