NVIDIA Price Tagged at $310.20 as Supply-Constraint Thesis Drives Growth
NVIDIA (NASDAQ:NVDA) is one of the 'Magnificent Seven' stocks according to a proprietary model from 24/7 Wall St. The stock has been steadily increasing in value, with a year-to-date growth of 21.16% and a one-year growth of 28.22%. In its most recent Q2 FY2027 report on August 26, 2026, NVIDIA delivered revenue of $96.221 billion, up 105.85% year over year.
One of the key factors driving NVIDIA's growth is its supply-constrained thesis, with CEO Jensen Huang stating that NVIDIA expects fiscal 2028 revenue to grow 'approximately 70%'. This has been validated by hyperscaler CapEx projections, with top-five hyperscalers expected to spend nearly $800 billion in 2026 and over $1.3 trillion in 2027.
However, there are some potential headwinds for NVIDIA, including memory pricing, which is expected to be a 'headwind' according to management. Additionally, the beta of 2.22 means that AI CapEx wobbles will hit NVDA harder than other stocks.
