Nvidia Sells RTX 5090 Founders Editions at MSRP to QuakeCon Attendees
Nvidia is offering a unique opportunity for attendees of QuakeCon to purchase GeForce RTX 5090, RTX 5080, and RTX 5070 Founders Editions directly at the official US list price.
The 'Verified Priority Access IRL' campaign allows visitors to buy these high-end graphics cards at MSRP while supplies last. The prices for each card are as follows: $1,999 for the RTX 5090, $999 for the RTX 5080, and $549 for the RTX 5070.
The Founders Editions are Nvidia's own reference implementations of these GPUs, with the RTX 5090 featuring a compact three-slot design and 32 GB of GDDR7 memory. The RTX 5080 has 16 GB of GDDR7 memory and a lower Total Graphics Power of 360 watts.
Nvidia is not announcing a general resumption of permanently available Founders Edition inventory in online retail, nor is the campaign indicating a broad-based price decline for the RTX 50 series. The 'Verified Priority Access IRL' campaign is limited to QuakeCon attendees and is only available while supplies last.
