The company has authorized a share buyback plan worth up to $150 billion, indicating management confidence in future cash generation and earnings per share.
Analysts remain positive about NVIDIA's prospects, with Cantor Fitzgerald reaffirming an overweight rating with a price target of $350. However, concerns have been raised regarding the potential circular financing arrangements for AI customers and hyperscaler capital-expenditure fatigue.
