Nvidia Stock Could Reach $400 in Five Years with Modest Growth
Nvidia's adjusted earnings per share rose by 120% year over year in the fiscal second quarter, reaching $2.22 per share.
The company's revenue climbed 106% year over year to $96.2 billion, accelerating from 85% growth in the previous quarter and 73% in the quarter before.
Nvidia expects revenue to rise about 70% in fiscal 2028, which ends in late January 2028, capped by how many chips the company can get made, not by demand. 'Customers' forecasts point to our growth doubling next year,' said Colette Kress, chief financial officer.
To reach a share price of $400 in five years, Nvidia would have to rise around 75% from its current close of $229, or about 12% a year.
