Nvidia Stock Dominates Benzinga Poll with 84% Ownership

Nvidia Corporation (NASDAQ:NVDA), the largest publicly traded company in the world, remains a popular stock among retail investors. Ahead of its highly anticipated second-quarter financial results, Benzinga conducted a poll to gauge viewer sentiment.

The poll asked viewers how many have owned Nvidia stock in the past and how many currently own shares. The results show that 45% of viewers polled have owned Nvidia stock in the past but don't currently own it, while 39% say they currently own Nvidia stock. This adds up to 84% of viewers who have owned Nvidia stock at some point.

For comparison, Benzinga also conducted polls on Tesla Inc (NASDAQ:TSLA) and Apple Inc (NASDAQ:AAPL) stocks. The results show that 73% of viewers have owned Tesla stock at some point, while 64% have owned Apple stock at some point. This indicates that Nvidia stock may be more popular with retail investors.
