Nvidia Stock Hits Key Test Near $236 Amid AI Infrastructure Partnerships
NVIDIA's stock has regained momentum after a recent pullback, but its rally faces a cautious test near $236. The company's expanding AI infrastructure partnerships and elevated expectations have created both opportunities and risks.
The partnership with Amazon Web Services (AWS) could provide another catalyst this week, although expectations surrounding NVIDIA remain extremely high. AWS and NVIDIA announced an expanded collaboration targeting the deployment of 2 million NVIDIA GPUs across AWS infrastructure by 2028.
NVIDIA is also committing substantial capital to strengthen its position across the AI ecosystem. The company is preparing to invest $2.5 billion to $3 billion in Thinking Machines Lab, founded by former OpenAI CTO Mira Murati. This highlights a deeper relationship between NVIDIA and the startup, with NVIDIA reportedly becoming both its largest investor and supplier of its 1GW Vera Rubin system.
