Nvidia Stock Set to Accelerate with Price Targets up to $500
Nvidia (NASDAQ: NVDA) has been reaffirmed as a top pick by Wall Street analysts, who predict significant acceleration for the company's stock in the next 12 months.
On August 31, Baird analyst Tristan Gerra highlighted strong demand for Nvidia's upcoming Grok 3 LPX and its recent $35 billion compute agreement with Anthropic and Lambda. As a result, Gerra estimated that Nvidia will retain its leadership position, making NVDA shares a 'Buy' with a price target of $500.
Phillip Securities analyst Yik Ban Chong also voiced his bullishness on the same day, increasing his 12-month forecast from $285 to $300, representing a 35.89% upside. Meanwhile, Barclays analyst Raimo Lenschow published his own 'Buy' rating on September 1 with a lower price target of $275.
The average price target estimates significant acceleration for NVDA stock in the next 12 months, with a predicted gain of 48.31% to $327.45 by September 2027. This optimism is driven by Nvidia's exceptional quarterly results, $500 billion memorandums of understanding (MoUs) for funding AI infrastructure, and recent acquisitions.
However, some analysts have raised concerns about potential risks, including client concentration and the possibility that certain deals may not materialize as expected.
