Nvidia's AI Push Powers Tech Stocks Higher on Wall Street

Tech stocks led Wall Street's gains on Thursday after Nvidia and Salesforce reported stronger profits than expected in the latest quarter.

Nvidia, a chip giant, was the strongest force driving market higher with an 8.7% rally. The company's forecast for upcoming revenue growth exceeded analysts' estimates, indicating continued demand for chips powering artificial-intelligence projects.

Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang said AI has 'reached its inflection point,' doing useful work and producing profitable tokens.

Another tech giant, Salesforce, jumped 22.6% after delivering one of its best quarters in history thanks to strong demand for AI and data products.
