Nvidia's Circular Deals: Market Expert Weighs In
Louis Navellier, a renowned stock market expert with over 46 years of experience, has weighed in on Nvidia's (NVDA) business practices. In his latest column for TheStreet, he addressed concerns about the company's circular financing deals, which some have dubbed 'circular deals.'
Navellier dismissed these claims as a 'false narrative' and argued that Nvidia is simply asserting its market dominance. He noted that the U.S. remains the leader in artificial intelligence (AI), and the current backlog of data center builds is due to memory and computing restrictions, not any lack of demand for AI technology.
Nvidia's pricing power, flexibility, and technological superiority make it a dominant player in the market, Navellier said. He also emphasized that his stock grading system rates NVIDIA as a C, indicating strong quantitative performance. According to Navellier, Nvidia is poised to reach $300 by the end of this year and at least $500 by the end of the decade.
