Nvidia's Dominant AI Position Powers Its Spot in GFLW

Nvidia stands out as the only 'Magnificent Seven' stock in the VictoryShares Free Cash Flow Growth ETF (GFLW), which tracks the Victory Free Cash Flow Growth Index.

The index screens for companies that combine strong free cash flow generation with growth, using a metric called free cash flow return on invested capital (FCF ROIC).

Nvidia's inclusion in GFLW's Index reflects its ability to convert its dominant position in artificial intelligence (AI) hardware into cash at scale. The company reported $35 billion in free cash flow within its fourth-quarter earnings report for fiscal year 2026.

The Index layers a growth filter on top of the ROIC screen and weights constituents by modified absolute momentum. Nvidia clears both hurdles, generating high FCF ROIC today and expected forward FCF pointing to continued cash-generation capacity.
