Nvidia has rolled out its latest Game Ready driver, version 617.42, introducing support for several high-profile titles and enhancing their performance with DLSS 4.5 features. The update brings full DLSS 4.5 support to Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4, including Super Resolution, Frame Generation, and Dynamic Multi Frame Generation with up to 6X multiplication. Players can also enable Nvidia Reflex to reduce PC latency, offering a more responsive gaming experience.
The new driver also extends DLSS 4.5 support to Star Wars: Galactic Racer, allowing players to utilize Dynamic Multi Frame Generation, Super Resolution, and Ray Reconstruction. Additionally, Dragon’s Dogma 2: Dark Arisen receives DLSS 4.5 enhancements, including Dynamic Multi Frame Generation and Super Resolution, providing better visuals and performance for this open-world action RPG.
Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 is another beneficiary of this update, with DLSS 4.5 support being added ahead of its Sim 7 update on October 13. This update will upgrade the entire suite of DLSS technologies to DLSS 4.5 and introduce Multi Frame Generation with up to 6X multiplication, enhancing the simulation experience.
This follows Nvidia’s previous Game Ready driver version 580.97, which added DLSS 4 with Multi Frame Generation support to titles like GTA 5 Enhanced, Supraworld, and Hellblade 2 Enhanced. The latest driver continues Nvidia’s commitment to improving gaming performance and visual fidelity across a wide range of popular games.
