NY Judges Wary of Holding Tech Giants Liable for Mass Shooting

New York's top judges had trouble seeing how Meta Platforms Inc., Reddit, and Alphabet Inc.'s Google could be held liable for a 2022 mass shooting in Buffalo without exposing social media companies to broad liability.
