Odysight.ai Posts Mixed H1 Results Amid Business Milestones
Odysight.ai reported its financial results for the first half of 2026, showing revenue of $0.5 million and a net loss of $9.5 million. The company's operating loss was $9.9 million, significantly higher than last year's net loss of $8.34 million in H1 2025.
Odysight.ai also disclosed that it had approximately $17.6 million in cash as of June 30, 2026, with no debt reported. The company's backlog increased to $16.45 million, up from $14.1 million at the end of last year.
The financial highlights were overshadowed by business developments, including a direct OEM relationship with Boeing, which received its first purchase order for Odysight.ai's AI-powered predictive maintenance solution. Elbit Systems also placed an order on behalf of the Israeli Ministry of Defense, with potential for wider IDF deployment upon successful completion.
Furthermore, Odysight.ai partnered with Honeywell Aerospace APU Division to conduct a proof-of-concept focused on APU air intake. The company also completed its first U.S. test flights on a UH-60 Black Hawk with XP Services and signed a CRADA with NAWCAD (U.S. Navy) targeting carrier arresting cables.
