Odyssey Chevron Island Nears $10M Benchmark as Three Penthouses Remain Unsold
The Odyssey Chevron Island development has sold six of its nine penthouses, leaving three remaining.
The Pearl Penthouse is priced at $9.4 million and spans 735 sqm of indoor and outdoor space, just shy of the Australian retirement living benchmark of $10 million.
This benchmark was set by a Mark Moran Vaucluse penthouse sale in 2016 for an undisclosed price.
The remaining two penthouses are priced at $8.8 million and $6.6 million, respectively.
