The review, published in March, accused Starr Manufacturing Inc. of being malicious and false.
The company claims that the review caused 'significant reputational harm' and is seeking compensatory and punitive damages exceeding $25,000.
The lawsuit also states that the woman will continue to post the allegations on the internet unless a court intervenes.
