Public Employees Retirement System of Ohio has made a significant investment in McDonald's Corporation (NYSE:MCD). The institutional investor bought approximately 268,899 shares of MCD's stock during the second quarter, valued at around $72.7 million.
This purchase is part of a larger trend of institutional investors buying into MCD's stock. Brighton Jones LLC, for example, boosted its holdings in MCD by 21.6% in the fourth quarter and now owns 9,286 shares worth approximately $2.7 million. Revolve Wealth Partners LLC also increased its stake in MCD by 2.8% during the same period.
