Oracle Stock Soars 5% as Fusion Claw Launches Agentic Applications
Oracle stock jumped 5% on Monday as the company launched its Fusion Claw product, which combines AI reasoning with deterministic enterprise computation for complex work at scale.
Fusion Claw is a governed execution runtime for Oracle Fusion Agentic Applications, and it has enabled 25 new Claw-powered agentic applications to be available now on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
The tools handle tasks such as reconciling accounting entries and investigating exceptions ahead of a financial close, building staffing plans, modeling shipping consolidation, and comparing sales territory configurations.
Oracle CEO Mike Sicilia said that Fusion Claw is about 'moving from AI assistance to execution, enabling customers to automate increasingly complex work across their most important business processes, with enterprise-grade governance.'
While Oracle's stock price rose significantly following the announcement, its two closest agentic AI rivals, Salesforce and ServiceNow, traded lower.
