Own-Brand Zero Cola Beats Leading Brand in Taste Test
A recent study compared the taste of leading-brand cola to that of own-brand zero cola. The test, conducted in a laboratory by a specialized research agency, involved participants rating the colas on several criteria including color and aroma, taste, refreshment, drinkability, intensity of flavor, sweetness, acidity, carbonation, and aftertaste.
The results showed that First Choice Cola, an own-brand zero cola, scored slightly higher than Coca-Cola Zero in terms of overall taste, with a score of 7.2 compared to the leading brand's 7.
The study also found that there were only minor differences between the two colas on all criteria tested. The results suggest that cheaper alternatives can be just as tasty and refreshing as their pricier counterparts.
