P&G Appoints Ratul Ghosh as Vice President-Human Resources for Japan
Procter & Gamble (P&G) has appointed Ratul Ghosh as Vice President-Human Resources for Japan, marking a significant leadership move within the company's global HR organization. This appointment follows nearly two decades of service at P&G, during which Ghosh held various leadership roles across multiple geographies.
Ghosh will oversee the company's HR operations in Japan, one of P&G's largest international markets. His previous role as Senior Regional Director-HR for Pampers and Marketing Function across Asia, the Middle East, and Africa has prepared him to lead talent development and staffing initiatives for over 650 marketers across more than 20 countries.
Ghosh's career trajectory combines regional talent leadership with operational HR responsibilities across manufacturing, supply chain, research and development, marketing, and business units. He has experience spanning mature and emerging markets, providing exposure to varied workforce environments and organizational structures.
